Moving with mindfulness and awareness is the most important foundation of asana practice. How to move on your mat with grace and control? We will cover floating front & back, back & forth on your mat; jumping in and out of the crow; floating to chaturanga and forward fold and different entries into handstands.
DEEP & SLOW WORKSHOP
Flexibility is not an essential part of yoga, it is not even a final destination. It’s a result of conscious yoga practice that is much more than that.
This workshop is designed to teach you how to open up your body through slow moves, feeling, breathing and longer holds in positions. This slow flow works a lot with releasing stretches to get into every corner of your body and it’s accessible to all who are willing to try something new and dive deep into feeling awareness.
